Although we have never had anyone return a machine, trust is important to us. All of our Koosa Whitewall Machines come with a one year manufacturers guarantee provided you are the orignal purchaser. Machines that are resold do not have warranty. If you have any problems with your machine please contact us directly.
All items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund provided the items are in original condition and have not been used. The cost for return shipping is the resposibility of the buyer.
