The Koosanator 2 is our newest Koosa Whitewall Machine. Designed for whitewalling cars and motorcycles it is the lightest, most compact, durable and portable whitewall tyre machine available on the market today.
Featuring a new fail-safe system the uniquely designed compression loaded shaft now adjusts to uneven surfaces and compresses into the frame when placed under extreme weight. You now have peace of mind that the motor shaft is protected from faulty jacks or if you lower the vehicle and forget to remove the machine.
This new design enables the operator to leave the machine under the motorcycle to whitewall both sides of the wheel without having to lower the motorcycle, saving you time.
The Koosanator 2, packs over 30 NM of torque with a variable speed, forward and reverse motor, giving the operator full control to his preferred working requirements. The detachable seat design enables the operator to position themselves anywhere, giving you a clear view and a comfortable working position to produce clean lines and minimise the risk of damaging expensive wheels.
Models are available in 220/240 voltage input and 110/130 voltage input, allowing Koosa Whitewall Machines to be used worldwide.
